🌸 Steps to Request

  • Step 1

    Please write to 📩 laurakawaiiart@gmail.com with the subject line: “Commission Request – [your name]”.

    In your message, briefly describe the type of artwork you would like to commission (for example: kawaii portrait, original character, emotes, stickers, etc.).

  • Step 2

    To help me capture your idea as accurately as possible, please include:

    • Visual references (these can be photos of yourself, characters, color palettes, poses, accessories, etc.).
    • A short description of the style you’re looking for (e.g., pastel kawaii, vibrant tones, minimal, etc.).
    • The intended use of the artwork (personal, social media, streaming, printing, etc.), as this helps define formats and resolution.

  • Step 3

    Once I receive your email, I will reply within 1–2 business days confirming that I’ve received your request. In my reply, I’ll also share:

    • The price of the commission based on complexity and intended use.
    • The estimated delivery time.
    • The next steps for payment and production.

  • Step 4

    When you agree with the details and pricing, we’ll arrange payment to officially start the project.

  • Step 5

    After confirmation, I will start working on your commission and keep you updated on the progress. Once finished, you will receive the digital files in the agreed sizes and formats. Delivery time is usually 5 to 7 business days, depending on the complexity of the artwork.

🌸 Commission Terms & Conditions – Laura Kawaii Art

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General

  • All commissions are for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing for commercial purposes.
  • I reserve the right to decline a request if it does not fit my style, values, or schedule.
  • Please be respectful and patient during the process.

2. Payment

  • Full payment must be made before I start the commission.
  • Payments are non-refundable once I have started working on the piece.
  • All prices are listed in USD and must be paid through the methods I provide (PayPal, Ko-fi, etc.).

3. Process

  • Once the payment is received, I will start your commission.
  • I will share updates/WIPs (work in progress) at key stages so you can check the progress.
  • Small adjustments are allowed during the sketch stage. After that, major changes may require an additional fee.

4. Delivery

  • The final work will be delivered in digital format (PNG/JPG, 300 dpi) via email or download link.
  • The delivery time may vary depending on complexity; I will always provide an estimated timeline when confirming your request.
  • Commissions are not physical products unless otherwise stated.

5. Usage & Rights

  • You may post, print, or share the artwork for personal use with credit to Laura Kawaii Art.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or claim the artwork as your own.
  • Commercial use (such as merchandise, branding, streaming income, etc.) requires a separate agreement and additional licensing fee.
  • I retain the copyright and ownership of all commissioned works and may share them in my portfolio, unless you request privacy beforehand.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are only available if I have not yet started the commission.
  • Once work has begun, no refunds will be given.
  • If I am unable to complete the commission due to personal reasons, a full refund will be issued.
