🌸 Order Confirmation:
I will respond to your email within 1 to 2 days to discuss details, refine ideas, and send you an exact quote.

⏳ Delivery Time:
The time may vary depending on the complexity of the design, but I generally deliver within 5 to 7 business days after receiving payment.

📝 Revisions:
I include up to two rounds of revisions for free during the process to ensure you are completely satisfied. Additional revisions will have an extra cost, depending on the requested changes.
Terms of Use
To protect my work and ensure proper use of the illustrations, please keep in mind the following conditions:
✅ Permitted Use: The illustrations are for personal or non-commercial use (unless otherwise agreed upon). If you need a commercial license (for products or services sold to the public), this will incur an additional cost. Please let me know when requesting your commission.
‼️ Restrictions: Reselling the illustrations, whether in their original or modified format, is not allowed. You cannot claim authorship of the design. Although the illustration will be customized for you, the copyright will remain mine.

Payment and Refund Policies
Payment Method: I currently accept payments via PayPal or bank transfer. Payment must be made in advance to confirm your order.
Refunds: If you decide to cancel the commission before the process begins, you can request a full refund. Once the illustration process has started, no refunds will be made.
